Finally On The Road October 6, 2006 |

We left Pittsburgh on October 6, 2006. The leaves are dazzling as we drive across Interstate 80. Makes us realize why we have lived in this state for so long. |

We stopped at The Promised Land State Park in PA. near the NJ/NY border. Beautiful area with a lake, geese, birds, and colored leaves. We ate a picnic lunch, took pictures and took a nap. On the road again. |

We continued to drive through New York into Connecticut, stopping and spending the night at a Walmart near New Haven. The next morning we drove along the shores of Connecticut stopping at fishing villages and seaports along the way. Now we are on the way to Cape Cod. |
