Christmas In Hershey

After saying good-by to the Pittsburgh kids, we were in Hershey with Deb, Rob and their families. We parked the RV in Todd's  driveway for two nights. Getting there a few days before Christmas, gave Deb & I time to shop and get caught up on family news. Abi is ready to take her drivers test. She drove us around a few times and there is just something about riding with your granddaughter that makes you aware that you are getting old. She is a very good driver. We enjoyed watching a few movies and being entertained by Ian. Between swimming practice & phone calls from girls, he kept busy caring for his "critters." He has several snakes (7 I think), dragons, & an iguana. 11 "critters" in all. Keeps him busy.

We then spent three nights in Rob's driveway. Christmas Eve was spent with lots of anticipation and excitement. The football & soccer seasons are over so we had a little more free time to enjoy the kids. Kathlyn had played her flute in a school program a few days before we got there. We were bummed that we had missed it so she performed for us and we were really impressed.  She is a very talented young lady.

Ian & Kathlyn in the back. Abi, Shane & Dylan in front. Deb & Todd opened their home to all of us for an "Allison" Christmas.
Well, the holidays are over and we are ready to head south..
